$14.75 hourly with On Demand Pay Options. Full Time Evenings Position, Driver’s License Required.

Be a caregiver for people with a variety of needs, including autism and related conditions. Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition. Assist with personal hygiene and other complex needs, helping them be part of the community and enjoy activities. Maintain trust and ownership from leaders to do what’s right for participants.

• Competitive Pay:
  Pay on Demand, full benefits package for full‑time employees, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match. Weekly or daily pay available.

• Learning & Development:
  Tools and training for a fulfilling career in group home or clinic. Caregiver role similar to an STNA, Home Health Aide, Resident Assistant, or Nursing Home Aide.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred).
• Skills:
  
  Caregiver, STNA, Resident Assistant, Home Health Aide, Assisted Living, Group Home, Human Services.
• Behaviors:
  Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle:
  Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (some positions).
