Origami Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver individualized, high-quality care across our outpatient clinics in Michigan. You will design and implement therapy plans based on assessments and physician prescriptions, helping clients progress in recovery and wellness.
Responsibilities include documenting evaluations, progress notes, and discharge reports, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and ensuring confidentiality.
