Kanawha Hospice Care, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home health services across Kanawha and Putnam counties in West Virginia. The role involves delivering evaluated and planned speech-language pathology care under physician orders.
The ideal candidate has a graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC preferred, and at least two years of medical/home health experience. Willingness to travel to patient homes and work independently is essential.
