Lancer Hospitality is seeking a skilled Catering Captain to join our team at West Liberty University for Elior Collegiate Dining. This position focuses on food service and creating exceptional dining experiences for events. Responsibilities include managing inventory, operating POS systems, training staff, overseeing kitchen operations, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety regulations. This is a full-time, onsite position located in West Virginia.
