As a Human Resource Specialist, you will play a key role in talent acquisition, onboarding and team management. Your responsibility will be to attract, assess and retain top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring process and fostering a strong motivated workforce.

- Source and recruit candidates from Linked In, BDjobs, Facebook and other hiring platforms.
- Manage job postings, applications and talent pipelines.
- Conduct interviews, skill assessments and candidate evaluations.
- Ensure all hiring documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist trainers by scheduling training sessions, tracking progress and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Maintain engagement with new hires to enhance retention and team productivity.
- Manage both in-house and virtual team members, ensuring productivity and collaboration.
- Implement leave management protocols, track attendance and approve time‑off requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Plan and execute the hiring lifecycle – from job advertising to onboarding.
- Continuously refine hiring policies, candidate evaluation techniques and recruitment workflows.
- Monitor hiring performance metrics to optimise efficiency and quality.
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, hiring or talent acquisition is preferred, but freshers with strong communication and organisational skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience managing interviews, onboarding and hiring documentation.
- Familiarity with hiring platforms (Linked In, BDjobs, Indeed, etc.).
- Experience working with both in-house and remote teams is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent judgement and decision‑making skills.
- Organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple hiring processes.
- Analytical thinking for candidate evaluation and HR problem‑solving.
- Ability to adapt hiring strategies based on company needs.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) or Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HR tools, ChatGPT and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Comfortable with Telegram, Slack, Zoom and Google Meet for virtual team coordination.
- Familiarity with leave management systems and HR automation tools.
