Document Production Associate (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available)
Full-time position within the Legal & Document Processing department. Multiple shifts available; work location varies by account and team, with most positions operating on-site or in hybrid environments.
Responsibilities- Utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all document production work.
- Thoroughly assess job requests and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout the task lifecycle.
- Perform work in document production, proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination functions, as needed.
- Use established procedures, standards, and formats to edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe, or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using equipment, technology, software, and hardware necessary to perform job functions.
- Communicate with team members, leads, supervisors, or clients on job or deadline concerns.
- Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to clients.
- Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems.
- Help foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with clients.
- Perform quality assurance on work, as requested.
- Adhere to Williams Lea Tag policies, in addition to client policies.
- Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum (1) year document production experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
- Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skills.
- Familiar with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents.
- Strong attention to detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
- Able to exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policy.
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to determine when to escalates to supervisory level.
- Ability to maintain professional composure under immediate deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Proven customer-service skills required to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.
The salary for this role at the noted RRD location is $15.91 - $21.63 per hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Compensations may include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
