Responsibilities

As an Infrastructure Specialist in Platform Engineering Services, you will act as a trusted advisor to Client IT, providing expertise in infrastructure, security, and risk management. Your primary responsibility is to ensure high‑quality technical support, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and adhering to process compliance.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Analyze and Resolve Incidents
  :
  Identify root causes, implement fixes, and verify resolution to minimize downtime and restore services promptly.
• Provision and Deploy Infrastructure
  :
  Provision, deploy, configure, and migrate infrastructure products to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
• Conduct Risk Assessments
  :
  Perform business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies to enhance IT resilience.
• Manage and Support Infrastructure
  :
  Maintain infrastructure products at optimal levels, ensuring performance, security, and compliance with established processes.
• Ensure Process Compliance
  :
  Guarantee all infrastructure‑related activities comply with established processes, procedures, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.

• High School Diploma / GED

• Infrastructure Management
  :
  Experience with provisioning, deployment, configuration, and migration of infrastructure products.
• Incident Analysis and Resolution
  :
  Ability to analyze and resolve infrastructure‑related incidents, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation
  :
  Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation.
• Infrastructure Support and Maintenance
  :
  Ensure infrastructure operates at optimal levels, meeting performance and security requirements.
• Process Compliance and SLA Management
  :
  Manage infrastructure activities in accordance with established processes and procedures, meeting SLAs and regulatory requirements.

• Advanced Infrastructure Knowledge
  :
  Exposure to complex infrastructure products and advanced provisioning, deployment, configuration, and migration techniques.
• Enhanced Incident Analysis
  :
  Advanced techniques for incident analysis and resolution, including root‑cause identification and verification of fixes.
• Risk Assessment Expertise
  :
  Conduct comprehensive business impact analyses and risk assessments, with a strong focus on recommending mitigation strategies.
