Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing insurance agency team.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance clients
• Answer questions about policies, billing, coverage, and renewals
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other service requests
• Assist clients with claims and communicate with insurance carriers
• Support producers with account servicing and renewals
• Maintain accurate client records
• Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Identify opportunities for additional coverage and refer them to producers

• Previous insurance experience preferred
• Property & Casualty license preferred
