The Injury Rights Law Firm is a plaintiff personal injury law firm dedicated to representing injured and exploited individuals against corporations, insurers, and negligent actors. We handle serious injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases and are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client intake and assist with opening new personal injury cases
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding treatment, case status, and next steps
  • Request, track, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and related documentation
  • Obtain and organize supporting evidence, including police reports, incident reports, photographs, and witness information
  • Draft routine legal correspondence, demand packages, and case summaries under attorney supervision
  • Assist with preparation of pleadings, discovery, and litigation materials
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, courts, experts, and other third parties
  • Track deadlines, statutes of limitation, and key case milestones
  • Maintain accurate, organized electronic and physical case files
  • Assist attorneys with settlement preparation and trial support, including exhibits and binders
  • Schedule appointments, depositions, hearings, and meetings as needed
  • Use Filevine, Microsoft Office, and other case-management tools to manage cases efficiently
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive client information
Qualifications
  • Paralegal certificate, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent on-the-job experience
  • Experience in personal injury or litigation strongly preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong writing, organization, and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • Comfortable working with case management software (Filevine a plus)
  • Willingness to use AI tools with extreme caution, under firm guidelines, and with strict attention to confidentiality and accuracy
  • Professional demeanor and strong client communication skills
Compensation
  • $18–$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Time Off, Benefits & Work Arrangement
  • 7–14 paid vacation days, based on length of employment
  • 6 paid sick days per year

  • Unlimited unpaid time off, subject to prior office approval and coverage needs
