Davies Risk Services invites independent contractors to conduct insurance property inspections for both residential and commercial sites. The role may be performed full‑time or part‑time.

• Survey properties, including photographing the site, collecting property details, and assessing overall conditions.
• Create and submit concise inspection reports through the PC/Desktop portal, attaching photos and any relevant documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports to support ongoing client needs.

• Reliable personal vehicle to reach inspection sites.
• Computer running Windows 10 or newer with Microsoft Office.
• Smartphone or digital camera for photo capture.
• Stable home internet connection for report submission.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
