City Of Wheeling in Wheeling, WV seeks a Stormwater Coordinator to develop and manage the city’s Stormwater Management Program under the WPCD Superintendent. This role leads the annual Clean Water Act report, coordinates sampling, and oversees illicit discharge programs, SWPPP/SWMP updates, and BMP implementation.
It also trains staff, conducts inspections of industrial facilities, and provides technical support across the department while promoting environmental compliance and public outreach.
