Our client is seeking an experienced QSR District Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Food, Retail, or Quick Service Fast Food Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of 4-6 Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) within a designated region, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth. Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the efficiency and profitability of the QSRs
- Oversee daily operations of multiple QSRs within a designated region, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
- Manage and develop a team of managers and employees to achieve business objectives
- Analyze financial performance data and make recommendations to improve profitability
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are available at all times
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers and employees
- Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food, Retail, or Quick Service Fast Food Operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, manage and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Valid driver’s license
