  Full Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Disassemble, inspect, and repair industrial pumps.
• Fabricate custom components such as base plates and protective guards.
• Learn and perform stick welding (prior experience a plus).
• Occasionally travel for trade shows and manufacturer training (2–3 days, twice a year).
• Work in the field with a team to troubleshoot, install, or repair equipment.
• Contribute to daily shop operations.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using power tools and driving a standard pickup truck.
• Willingness to learn welding and fabrication.
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.

• Starting pay: $16 per hour (potential up to $15/hr or $600 weekly with bonuses).
• Annual profit‑sharing bonuses.
• Full safety gear provision and reimbursement.
• Retirement plans: profit‑sharing after 1 year + 401(k) match (up to 4%) after 6 months.
