We are hiring a skilled Combo Pipe Welder to join our Apple Grove, WV team. This role involves welding and pipe installation in an industrial environment, with work that is critical to maintaining the infrastructure of steel manufacturing operations. Candidates must be capable of welding both carbon steel and stainless steel and ready to pass on-site qualification testing.

Perform welding operations in all positions: flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead

Weld carbon and stainless steel pipe using stick, MIG, TIG, and flux-core processes

Lay out, align, and secure pipe components and assemblies

Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and welding procedures

Install piping systems and secure them with brackets, clamps, and hangers

Identify issues during welding and make appropriate adjustments

Coordinate with other trades to avoid workflow interference

Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment

Arc welding equipment (SMAW, MIG, TIG, FCAW)

Power tools, clamps, hangers, hand tools

Measuring tools such as rulers, squares, calipers

Strong knowledge of welding principles and pipe fitting

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Skilled in using industrial tools and equipment

Experience in industrial pipe welding required

Must pass pre-employment weld test (coupon weld)

Must wear OSHA-approved Met-Guard boots (allowance provided)

Ability to make precise measurements and perform basic math
