Labeler Associate 1 – Night Shift – Mineral Wells, WV
Shift6:00 pm-6:00am – 2x2x3 schedule
CompensationStarting pay rate from $16.89/hour – Paid Weekly + $1 shift differential
Eligible for annual & skill‑based wage increase
Responsibilities- Ability to use measurement instruments to check work.
- Makes adjustments and notifies tooling personnel of the need for more complex machine adjustments.
- Removes parts from the press and/or labeler.
- Loads and removes materials from the line, assists in changeover and inspects parts.
- Will perform the same duties as other production employees and packers when necessary.
- Packs plastic containers and eggs of various sizes into sleeves/boxes or proper pallet configuration.
- Grinds scrap material out of sleeves.
- Accurately reads and operates the machine’s computer console.
- Responsible for the overall manufacturing process.
- Sets up and installs equipment as needed.
- Maintains daily housekeeping.
- Completes required paperwork and accurately enters production data into Insight.
- Conducts hourly retain rack checks.
- Monitors product quality.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- +1 year of experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to other departments to meet production goals.
