• Assignment Type: Travel Nurse (13-week travel assignment)
• Start Date: March 2, 2026
• End Date: June 1, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights ), weekends as scheduled
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1950–$2060
• Floating: May float to other Med/Surg or Med/Surg/Oncology units as needed

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license — candidates willing to obtain a WV RN license will be considered
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) RN experience required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Experience with peritoneal dialysis highly preferred
• Comfortable with a patient ratio of 1:6–7
• Ability to work every other weekend and holidays as part of the rotation
• Experience with Allscripts/Sunrise EMR a plus
• Must provide a copy of an unexpired driver’s license upon submission

• Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse Medical-Surgical patient population, including ortho and neuro post-ops, general post-ops, and medical diagnoses (COPD, pneumonia, cellulitis, etc.)
• Perform clinical assessments, monitor patient conditions, and escalate changes per hospital protocols
• Administer medications, manage IV therapy and drips (e.g., Heparin, PCA) as indicated
• Utilize remote telemetry monitoring when required (no cardiac gtts or insulin drips)
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in Allscripts/Sunrise EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including hospitalists, intensivists, CNAs, and other clinical staff
• Participate in unit orientation, ongoing training, and maintain compliance with hospital policies and infection control procedures
• Float to other Med/Surg or Med/Surg/Oncology units as needed and deliver consistent Med/Surg-level care
