Crittenton Services is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our lively residential program in Wheeling, WV. You'll not only be the superhero providing medical care to our awesome clients but also the guru enlightening them on all things health-related!
This position is not your typical RN position at a busy hospital, the position includes passing medication, helping schedule doctor's appointments and care of our adolescent pregnant/parenting teens. No night shifts.

Qualifications:
- Successful completion of approved RN program, BSN preferred
- Current WV State RN license
- Valid Driver's License
- Prefer psychiatric nursing experience with a pediatric population of at least one year.
- Prefer certification in teaching childbirth, Lamaze, breastfeeding, CPR, and First Aid.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct service to residential clients that fosters an overall well-being of both physical and psychological health.
- Provide input, support, and implementation of individual treatment plans.
- Teach clients, both in groups and individually, CPR, first aid, childbirth, and healthy life habits, etc.
- Act as the agency liaison with hospitals and medical personnel, including but not limited to, WIC, Easter Seals, etc.
- Documentation of all direct services and interventions provided on behalf of the client in conjunction with the treatment plan.
- Actively participate as part of the multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Conduct staff trainings in areas of expertise.
- Assume a leadership role when needed as a member of the charge team to make logical decisions in the best interest of the client needs.
- Remain current with professional licensure.
- Attend professional trainings which will enhance skill level and required training of the residential program.
Plus a $5,000 Sign On Bonus paid out in 4 quarterly installments!
