Overseeing a busy and well-coordinated Operating Room unit, the Surgical Services Nurse Manager will lead a team delivering comprehensive peri-operative services across multiple specialties. The Nurse Manager Surgical Services will ensure efficient surgical flow, regulatory compliance, staffing optimization, and high standards of patient-centered care within a modern surgical services department. Equipped with advanced technology and supported by experienced surgical staff, the Operating Room provides the Nurse Manager Surgical Services with the resources necessary to promote quality improvement and outstanding surgical outcomes.

Reporting directly to senior surgical services leadership, the Nurse Manager Surgical Services will receive strong administrative support while maintaining 24-hour accountability for the Operating Room. The Nurse Manager Surgical Services will guide charge nurses, collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia providers, oversee budgeting and staffing, and champion staff education and performance improvement initiatives.
