• Provide direct patient care to individuals with conditions such as CHF, COPD, cellulitis, R/O, chole, appendicitis, pneumonia, urosepsis, and AKI.
• Manage patient monitoring and assessments, including titration of heparin based on aptt results.
• Collaborate with charge nurses and other healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, including use of navy blue scrub color and following safety procedures.
