Job Description Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals in community or small facility settings. Work closely with health professionals in planning and evaluating programs and services to address health needs. Coordinate communications and actions of various disciplines regarding health and safety supports. Order, review, monitor, and manage medications as prescribed by physicians. Complete routine documentation of individuals' health status in nurse’s notes.
Direct and supervise activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses as needed. Provide training and annual recertification for health and safety-related topics. Critical Information Shift requirements are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. This position is on-site. Education/Licenses Needed WV RN/Compact license required.
