Description:
The position requires working in a fast-paced operating room environment.
The candidate must have experience with common surgical procedures.
The unit operates with an average of 15 suites and handles 55-70 cases per day.
Availability for 1-2 second calls each month is required.
The weekend requirement includes rotating weekends with an 8‑hour shift and 24‑hour on‑call responsibilities.
The candidate will be expected to float between areas as needed.
The charting system used is Allscripts.
The position is primarily in a preoperative area and is not a free‑standing surgical center.
Candidates should be aware of the call response time of 30 minutes.
The dress code will be provided by the facility.
The role necessitates a commitment to providing high‑quality surgical care.
