RN – Stepdown
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specialized in Stepdown for a travel assignment in Wheeling, WV. As a member of the Intermediate Care Unit team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals in an acute care setting to deliver exceptional care to patients with intermediate care acuity.
Key Responsibilities of the RN – Stepdown – Travel:
- Provide nursing care in the Intermediate Care Unit with a patient ratio goal of 1:4
- Read and interpret telemetry strips
- Titrate drips including Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Dopamine
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met
- Floats to Tele or Med Surg units as needed
- Perform assessments, implement care plans, and evaluate patient progress
Requirements of the RN – Stepdown – Travel:
- Valid RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Experience in Intermediate Care or Stepdown units
