Job Description

The Lawn Care Worker plays a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic and health of residential and commercial outdoor spaces. Working as part of a small team, this role requires proficiency in operating various landscaping equipment and performing tasks such as mowing, edging, and plant care. The work environment includes a mix of residential properties, commercial sites, and other varied outdoor settings.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns using gas-powered mowers and trimmers
• Edge and trim landscaped areas for clean boundaries
• Perform general landscaping including planting and pruning
• Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers efficiently and safely
• Remove debris and maintain clean work sites
  
  Care for plants to ensure healthy growth and appearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in lawn care
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in operating landscaping equipment
• Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and outdoor work
