Vital Farms is seeking a Farm Support Coordinator to oversee farm activities, coach our network of farmers, crew members, and ensure adherence to industry standards. You’ll help farmers be more effective, efficient, and profitable while ensuring the well‑being of the animals in our care.
You’ll travel to farms, collaborate with farmers to address issues, analyze performance data, and share best practices with the crew. This role requires daily travel and a passion for ethically sourced food.
