Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you embody our brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor daily. You will assist customers in discovering their look and collaborate effectively with team members and managers to drive business success.

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.
• Assist in operational and product‑driven store tasks assigned by management while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

• At least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of bending, reaching, stretching for product, and lifting, carrying, and moving at least 40 pounds (18 kg).

Hourly Range: $13.50 – $15.52 per hour (based on geographic region, experience, and other factors).
