UKG is seeking a Sales Executive for its Public Sector SMB Sales team to focus on selling HCM solutions to public sector accounts. This person will utilize consultative selling skills to meet business objectives and develop proposals aligned with customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of success in selling HCM/Payroll solutions and must live in or near their assigned territory, particularly familiar with local government dynamics in West Virginia.
The base salary ranges from $90,000 to $95,000, with additional performance-based compensation opportunities.
