Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products—an indoor/outdoor, fast‑paced, physical position.

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and work professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required:

• Active driver’s license.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation of previous employment.
• Compliance with DOT requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The disclosed range is not adjusted for geographic differentials and does not guarantee placement at the higher end.
