Calculated Hire is seeking a Medicare Retention & Sales Specialist to support retention and Medicare sales during the Annual Enrollment Period. This role focuses on keeping existing members satisfied, addressing disenrollment risks, and handling outbound sales when volume requires.
The ideal candidate will have active OH/WV licenses, AHIP, and an active NPN, and must be able to work Eastern Time hours in a remote setup while maintaining compliant, high-volume member interactions.
