Overview
Seeking an individual skilled at multiple construction trades that can maintain and fix issues within homes and businesses. Also can work on homes for a complete remodel to turn into rental properties.
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance and repair work on residential and commercial properties
- Complete remodeling projects to prepare homes for rental properties
- Apply skills in electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, and painting as needed
- Experience in multiple construction trades (electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, painting) is a plus
- Ability to diagnose and fix issues in homes and businesses
