Technician II – Building Services

Location: 100% in office at Wes Banco, Bank Plaza – Wheeling, WV. Full-time, 40 hours per week.

• Inspect and clean functional parts, motors, and systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical) to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry, and painting work.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of building exterior and interior, including snow removal.
• Update maintenance records, track and complete work orders in a computerized maintenance management system.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests, including on‑call support for after‑hours facility issues.
• Work at other Wes Banco locations as needed, which may include overnight stay and weekend work.
• Work overtime as needed.

• Acquire and maintain proficiency in bank policies and procedures; comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; complete all assigned compliance training on time.
• Climb ladders and scaffolds.
• Shovel snow and dirt.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with two‑digit numbers and tens and hundreds units. Apply these operations using units of American money, weight, volume, and distance.
• Read and comprehend various measurements.
• Use common sense to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured.
