Contract-to-hire role paying $35/hour for licensed A&P technicians.

This contract-to-hire role offers hands‑on work on CRJ and Challenger aircraft in a professional, safety‑driven environment with real potential for permanent employment.
What You’ll Do- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on CRJ and Challenger aircraft
- Troubleshoot and repair airframe and power plant systems
- Conduct heavy maintenance, phase, depot, or isochronal inspections
- Interpret engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, and technical data
- Accurately complete maintenance records, logbooks, and work cards
- Maintain strict FAA, safety, and quality compliance
- Collaborate with leads, supervisors, and fellow technicians to meet aircraft availability targets
- Use and maintain your own professional tool set
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license
- Minimum 4 years overall experience as an aircraft technician
- At least 2 years hands‑on experience on CRJ or Challenger airframes
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal & written)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- Must provide and maintain own tools
- MRO / heavy maintenance experience
- Former military with depot, phase, or isochronal inspection background
- Exposure to high-volume maintenance environments
- $30–$35/hour, based on experience
