This position is located at Wheeling Longwall and Rebuild in Wheeling, WV . We are seeking hard working, motivated individuals. ACNR, Inc. requires trained, dedicated, and skilled mechanical, electrical, welding, and fabrication technicians to operate safe, productive, and efficient repair shops.

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to meet the physical demands of construction
• Lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds
• Stand or move for long periods of time in all weather conditions
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Familiarity with power tools, manual tools, and machinery
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety
• Apprenticeship or experience an asset, but not required
• Weekends and non-normal business hours as needed

• Transport and delivery of water to temporary water buffaloes
• Class B CDL license with tankers endorsement, or willingness to obtain a CDL license through company paid training
• Equipment operator experience preferred, but not required

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Regular and punctual attendance
• Compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standard
• Must be willing to be on call on a rotational basis
• Must be able to successfully pass a post offer drug test and background check
• Must be able to successfully complete industry approved training courses
• Must be able to work safely and effectively as part of a team or independently
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship

• Must be able to work when scheduled, possible overtime, weekends and holidays as needed or as schedule requires (subject to applicant’s religious practices)
• Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule on a 24/7 basis (subject to the applicant’s religious practices)
• Ability/willingness to work different shifts when assigned
• Ability to work in a physically demanding atmosphere when needed
• Ability to perform heavy labor and lift 50+ pounds as needed
