This role involves hands-on field work supporting oil & gas clients, with a focus on equipment setup, operation, and maintenance. • High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and travel overnight as needed
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, overtime, and weekends

• Equipment operator certification
• Previous pipe fusing experience
