Exempt Position
At Work Force, WV (WFWV), this position is in the Morgantown local office. This position operates within the Promoting Reentry Opportunities for Workforce Development (PROWD) grant framework and oversees individuals reintegrating into society post-incarceration. This position will serve as the PROWD Reentry Coordinator. Conducts comprehensive assessment of reentry participants’ strengths, needs, and goals. Develops individualized reentry plans in collaboration with participants, addressing areas such as housing, employment, education, healthcare, and community resources.
Monitors participant progress and adjust plans as necessary. Connects participants with relevant community resources and services. Facilitates workshops and groups. Ensures compliance with grant requirements, including data reporting, documentation standards and programmatic guidelines. Participates in meetings with partners to review status of participant referrals, discuss best practices and expand collaboration. Submits reports detailing program participants’ status and maintains up-to-date records and case notes in the MACC.
Reviews exits for accuracy and tracks outcomes during follow-up. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Training:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
OR Substitution:
Full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience performing clerical work, or experience in customer service, banking, human resources, telemarketing, sales, or hospitality may substitute for the required training at a rate of one (1) year of experience for every thirty (30) semester hours of training.
This is an exempt position and is not covered under the merit system administered by the West Virginia Division of Personnel.
