Class A CDL Driver – Home Weekly Earning Salary & Performance (Full Time)

Class A drivers with one‑year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years are looking for the guarantee of a salary, extra pay per shipment, and great benefits while getting home weekly.

These deliveries are 100% touch (freight is preloaded and trailer is hook and go). Drivers average $1400–$2000/WK with deliveries in PA, VA, NJ, MD, WV, Eastern OH, and Northern NC.

Full benefits are available after 60 days and drivers will receive 3–5 days of training on the account.

Drivers will be home weekly (not guaranteed weekends). They may take trucks home but must be able to park tractor and trailer. After training, a driver may bring a rider and a pet.

• Drivers will pick up loads at DC just outside of Front Royal. Trailers are preloaded, and drivers hook and go.
• Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/Day and receive $300 for every trailer that is unloaded.
• Drivers make between 2–4 stops per trailer. Deliveries involve placing boxes that weigh between 1–35 LBS on a conveyor belt; store personnel handle the rest.
• After taking a 34‑hour reset at home, drivers finish remaining deliveries and head back to DC for the next load.
• Orientation is located in Dayton, lasts about 2 days, and the company covers transportation, hotel, meals, and pays $85/Day.
• Training lasts 3–5 days and is paid at the daily rate of $215/Day. Trainers may double‑bunk or give trucks first.

• Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR).
• CDL must be in the state of current residence when applying.
• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
• May have two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years except for the following which are not allowed: no major traffic violation, no preventable rear‑end, no rollovers.
• Must not have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason.
• A vehicle may have one of the following moving violations in the personal vehicle in the last three years, but none in a commercial vehicle: 15+ points, reckless, following too closely, texting or using a handheld device.
• No felonies in the last 7 years (including sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.

IMPORTANT: The company conducts a urine drug test only. Drivers who have ever failed or refused any type of drug test are ineligible for hire, regardless of how long ago the incident occurred.
