Team Sledd has a possible opening for a Night Warehouse Associate at our distribution center in Wheeling, WV. This position offers a Sunday through Thursday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm or later schedule with Friday and Saturday nights off. The average work week is 40 hours, with potential for overtime. The pay rate for this position is $13‑16 per hour, depending on experience, placement and bonuses.

Job SummaryYou will be responsible for handling customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of product is delivered to our customers. This includes walking in a specific area picking product from designated slots. The employee may be required to organize containers or product for loading personnel.
Essential Functions- Picking merchandise accurately and efficiently to complete order requirements of our customers in a timely manner.
- Handling merchandise safely to prevent damage to products destined for customers.
- Sorting and stacking merchandise accurately for loading personnel.
- Handling equipment safely, including the safe operation of non‑power and power equipment.
- Operating tow motor if licensed and over 18 years of age.
- Following health, safety, and policies of our company as well as OSHA and FDA regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned*
- Ability to lift 40–60 pounds and to stand, bend and lift regularly.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work closely with fellow employees and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
- Ability to recognize priorities and follow through.
- 18 years of age or older when operating power equipment.
- 16 years of age or older when operating non‑power equipment.
- Ability and willingness to work long hours during seasonal periods.
- Must pass a background and drug screen.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Forklift experience including walkie, reach truck and order picker.
