Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly and guide them during registration
• Process transactions per established guidelines and balance receipts
• Handle guest inquiries quickly and accurately
• Reserve and confirm room bookings
• Complete check-out procedures, verifying charges and credits
Requirements:
• Must work nights 11 PM to 7 AM
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic math and cash handling knowledge
• Positive attitude and strong organization skills
• Basic computer proficiency
