This full-time, permanent position offers you the chance to lead finance operations while ensuring strong financial governance across the hotel. Your responsibilities will include managing month-end reporting and compliance with financial controls. Your leadership will help in developing a high-performing finance team and optimizing forecasting and budgeting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage finance department day-to-day operations
• Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audits
• Supervise payroll and cash management
• Partner with leaders for financial decision support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
