Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily finance department operations and mentor staff

• Prepare and deliver month-end financial reports

• Monitor compliance with internal controls and policies

• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions

• Conduct analysis to improve profitability margins

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance; CPA desirable

• 5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

• Strong analytical and technical accounting capabilities

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
