The Opportunity

The Spa at Whistler is a premier wellness destination in the heart of Whistler, BC, offering a range of therapeutic and relaxation treatments. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll create a welcoming and professional atmosphere from the moment they arrive. You’ll work closely with the management team to help the spa run smoothly while sharing your ideas and input in a supportive environment.

This full-time role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

  • What you bring to the table:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computers and software programs; experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or peak periods
  • Enthusiasm for creating exceptional guest experiences
  • A friendly, professional, and positive attitude
  • What your days will look like

  • Greet guests upon arrival and check them in for their appointments
  • Schedule appointments and manage the spa’s appointment book
  • Handle payments, including processing credit card transactions and issuing receipts
  • Provide information about spa services and packages
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with other administrative or operational tasks as needed
  • Contribute positively to the team and uphold Gibbons Whistler’s core values
