Position: Overnight Guest Service Role
Enhance your skills as a Part-Time Seasonal Overnight Guest Service Attendant at Four Seasons Resort and Residences in beautiful Whistler, British Columbia. You'll play a crucial role in welcoming guests with exceptional support.

Your responsibilities will include greeting guests and assisting with luggage management while ensuring professional and hospitable interactions. Collaborate with the arrival team and provide guests with a warm welcome and helpful information about the town and attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests by opening car doors and assisting with luggage

• Manage luggage transportation to guest rooms

• Support valet services and drive the house car

• Offer guests useful local recommendations and directions

• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service is essential

• Preference for previous hotel or guest service experience

• Must be capable of lifting and carrying 20+ pounds

• Class 5 BC Driver’s license with a clean record required

• Valid work authorization in Canada
