Resort Guest Attendant

Position: Four Seasons Resort Guest Attendant Role
Become a vital part of the Four Seasons team in Whistler as a full-time Guest Service Attendant.

Your role will focus on providing warm welcomes and seamless assistance to our valued guests.

This position at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler involves engaging guests as they arrive, offering assistance with luggage, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their stay. You will be crucial in delivering the high-level service expected by our guests, making their arrival effortlessly enjoyable while showcasing the beauty of Whistler.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests by opening car doors upon arrival

• Help guests with their luggage and direct it to rooms

• Participate in valet and driving the house car

• Offer guests local information and recommendations

• Manage inquiries and accommodate special requests

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service roles required

• Previous hotel or guest services experience preferred

• Proficiency in English is a must

• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's license with a clean record

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 40lbs
