At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, our Ski Concierge team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. As a Seasonal Full Time Ski Concierge, you will assist guests with their ski and snowboard gear before and after a day on the mountain. This role is suitable for someone who performs well in a fast‑pace setting and is dedicated to guest experiences.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by assisting with ski and snowboard equipment, including fitting and transporting gear.
• Provide personalized recommendations for ski runs, mountain dining, and resort experiences to enhance the guest's stay.
• Coordinate daily with Whistler Blackcomb to manage rental equipment logistics and maintain a seamless workspace experience.
• Transport guest ski and snowboard equipment between the resort and the Ski Concierge building at the base of Blackcomb Mountain.
• Maintain a professional and friendly outdoor presence, embodying the spirit of mountain hospitality.

• Experience skiing or snowboarding.
• Previous hospitality, retail and/or customer service experience.
• Must hold a clean BC Driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Multilingualism is an asset.
• Valid work authorization for Canada.

• Busy service periods requiring focus and attention to detail.
• A schedule based on operational needs, including mornings and holidays.
• A physically active role in a structured, team‑oriented environment.

• $23.20 to $24.55 per hour.
• Private, secure, and heated storage of personal ski/snowboard gear steps from Blackcomb Gondola in Upper Whistler Village (exclusive to Four Seasons Ski Concierge staff).
