Pool Supervisor in Luxury Resort

In this full-time role, you will manage and mentor a dynamic team dedicated to luxury hospitality. Your oversight of service quality includes executing roles of Pool Attendants, ensuring water quality, and collaborating with other departments for seamless operations. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety at the poolside is paramount to provide guests with unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise poolside service and maintain quality

• Work closely with Engineering for water safety

• Execute roles of Server or Bartender when needed

• Coordinate training to enhance service quality

• Maintain safety across pool and wellness areas

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in a hospitality setting

• Previous customer service expertise

• Valid BC Driver’s license necessary

• Food and beverage experience is preferred

• Certification in CPR and related qualifications
