Fairmont Royal Service & Reservations Lead

Become the Royal Service and Reservations Lead at Fairmont Chateau Whistler, focusing on exceptional guest interactions. Manage a dedicated team within our luxurious resort environment.

This full-time role kicks off in Winter 2026, overseeing pivotal operations within the Royal Service department. You will be instrumental in leading your team, resolving guest issues swiftly, and ensuring adherence to service protocols, making every guest's visit memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Royal Service & Reservations activities

• Train and mentor team members for optimal performance

• Handle guest concerns with proactive solutions

• Promote efficient interdepartmental communication

• Maintain rooming lists and handle reservations effectively

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience in guest services preferred

• Required background in Front Office or Reservations

• Competent in Microsoft Windows systems

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with ease

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
