As a key member of the Executive Team, you will lead the Sales, Marketing, and Conference Services departments. This senior role demands strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and a focus on maximizing guest room and food and beverage revenue. Your expertise will shape the annual commercial strategy and drive the hotel's success in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and implement the overall commercial strategy

• Collaborate on sales pricing and promotional rates

• Oversee all social media marketing strategies

• Manage digital marketing with Hilton’s Ecommerce Team

• Cultivate partnerships with various stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum two years as a Director of Sales in a resort

• Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field preferred

• Proven sales experience and leadership abilities

• Understanding of yield management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Delphi
