As a Conference Sales Coordinator, you'll support the sales team with both operational and strategic tasks.
Your role involves client follow-ups, managing sales logistics, and maintaining the client database, ensuring a seamless experience for all conference-related activities. Building strong connections with partners and clients will be essential as you host familiarization tours and coordinate logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop sales prospects and support sales calls
• Prepare for trade shows and client presentations
• Host familiarization tours and negotiate rates
• Manage client account database and follow up on leads
• Assist with budget planning and forecasting
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in tourism or hospitality sales
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
• Flexible with hours to meet client needs
• Knowledge of Delphi/Amadeus is advantageous
