Position: Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant Role
Support Airbnb's Luxe program as a Home Consultant, ensuring luxury standards through in-person assessments and evaluations. Utilize your communication and detail-oriented skills to document property conditions.

As a part of Airbnb’s Managed Services program, you will conduct home consultations and create detailed evaluation reports. This flexible role covers property size assessments, capturing high-quality photos, and maintaining professional interactions with hosts. Timeliness and accuracy in report submissions are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person home evaluations and assessments

• Capture high-quality property photos for evaluation

• Submit structured assessment reports based on evaluations

• Communicate effectively with hosts throughout the process

• Schedule consultations using Media Box and email

Requirements:

• Background in hospitality, customer service, or related fields preferred

• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation needed

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Tech-savvy with internet connectivity for report filing

• Location within an hour's drive from assigned consultation zones
