Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will actively engage with hotel concierges, local businesses, and destination management companies. This role is centered on coordinating group sales and building relationships that foster ongoing revenue growth. Your presence in Whistler Village during key events will enhance community connections while assisting in marketing activities and providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute the sales plan with the Marketing Manager

• Manage group sales and partnerships for 15+ individuals

• Build relationships with local businesses and hotel concierges

• Represent Scandinave Spa at various key events

• Assist in marketing campaigns and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business or marketing

• 2 years in sales, marketing, or customer service

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid BC driver's license with a vehicle preferred

• Flexibility to work around events and groups
