Maintenance Team Leads & Technicians

This position is suited to those with previous maintenance or trades experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills who want to grow within the property maintenance field.

• Whistler / Squamish / Pemberton.
• Full‑time, or part‑time available.
• Year‑round and stable employment.
• Flexible schedule, 35 to 40 hours per week.
• Alternating 5 day and 4 day work weeks with a 3 day weekend every other week.
• Wages range from $25 to $35 per hour based on experience.

• 2–3 years in the construction or maintenance field is a strong asset.
• Keen to learn, take initiative and build a career.
• A reliable team player with a great positive‑can‑do attitude is highly valued.
• Ability to take and follow direction, confident to work with limited supervision.
• Entry‑level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be ongoing!
• Own standard tools required for most maintenance projects. Other tools to be provided.
• Confident to take ownership of job site requirements, timelines, working with sub trades, and client communication.
• Excellent communication with a positive attitude.
• Reliable vehicle with Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record (driver's abstract through ICBC will be required).

• General building maintenance at strata properties in the Whistler, Pemberton & Squamish area.
• Property sweeps, ensuring the cleanliness of strata properties including parkades and garbage rooms.
• Other tasks may include, but not limited to, interior and exterior repairs or re‑builds or renovations of drywall, insulation, siding, trim, baseboards, painting.
• Changing light bulbs, etc.
• Attending and providing access to contractors in the event of a major service event or leak.
